Solar system design engineer (1) - Ref: PTL/SSDE
Responsibilities
- Design, analyse, and develop photovoltaic and day lighting projects/systems, including the selection of system components and specifications, and the generation of CAD layouts, electrical diagrams, permitting documentation, and compelling proposal documents;
- Conduct facility lighting audits and formulate/utilize Excel model to calculate potential energy savings resulting from implementation of solar lighting and/or lighting retrofits;
- Refine and document processes that company follows in the design and engineering of PV systems including such things as steps to be followed, review and sign offs required, order in which engineering tasks are performed, etc. Serve as the repository for documented engineering related processes;
- Develop, refine and maintain standardized tools used by the engineering group on a daily basis in thedesign and engineering of PV systems. These tools include excel worksheets and CAD drawing librarytemplates;
- Mentor and train members of the engineering team increasing individual and company engineering capability;
- Assist project managers and construction managers with the successful completion of projects and participate in the resolution of field related issues that require engineering input;
- Coordinate external resources and support team members in commercial and technical matters.
- Works closely with the sales team to ensure the products and/or solutions being provided will match the needs of the clients and interacts directly with customers to resolve technical issues.
- Assist Sales in preparing system proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Experience in vendor selection and coordination
- Assist with selection of suppliers for project execution
- Ability to advise during project construction and manage multiple projects
- Perform system commissioning and startup tests
Qualification
- A minimum of 2 years commercial solar installation experience
- BS degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Proficiency in MS Office& AutoCAD® Electrical drafting skills
- Proposal writing experience

Regional Sales Manager (8) - Ref: PTL/RSM
Responsibilities
- The position requires aggressive activity, independent initiative& skills while working within the existing sales team environment
- Develop & execute a sales strategy focusing on the targeted accounts of the territory
- Plan, organize, direct and control your sales staff to meet these objectives
- At the beginning of each month, counsel with each salesperson to establish realistic sales objectives for the month and action plan.
Generate revenue in line with company expectations
- Implement programs to accelerate target market penetration
- Develop plans to meet sales goals or quotas.
- Prepare monthly reports that provide sales figures to corporate leaders, as well as reports that forecast expected future sales.

Marketing Manager (1) – Ref: PTL/MM
Responsibilities
- Plans, directs, and coordinates the marketing of the organization's products and/or services by performing duties personally or through subordinate supervisors
- Establishes marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products and/or services.
- Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services.
- Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized.
- Plans and oversees the organization's advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets.
- Communicates with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns.
- Ensures effective control of marketing results and that corrective action takes place to be certain that the achievement of marketing objectives are within designated budgets.
- Evaluates market reactions to advertising programs, merchandising policy, and product packaging and formulation to ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Recommends changes in basic structure and organization of marketing group to ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives assigned to it and provide the flexibility to move swiftly in relation to marketing problems and opportunities.

Finance Manager (1) – Ref: PTL/FM
Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day financial control of the service within budget heads agreed by the trustee board.
- Ensure that all finances are properly administered and monitored, including credit control.
- Advise on the proper allocation of resources.
- Ensure that appropriate financial regulations and controls are in place and in use at all times.
- Prepare and review detailed budgets for approval by the governing body
- Make regular reports to the governing body on income, expenditure and any variations from budgets.
- Ensure that all financial reporting obligations are met in relation to submissions for funding, for contracts and any other initiatives.
- Establish procedures for custody and control of assets, records, loan collateral, and securities, in order to ensure safekeeping.
- Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting and collection procedures, and investment activities, and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, and other financial control functions.
- Review collection reports to determine the status of collections and the amounts of outstanding balances
- developing financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk;
- conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
- managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;
- liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out;
Qualification
- 5 years’ experience
- Most preferred qualification is a combined MBA – Finance & ACCA certification.

Sales Engineer (3) – Ref: PTL/SE
Responsibilities
Support field sales activities by providing technical assistance and be able to offer solutions for
technical issues
- Responsible for generating sales of PV Systems at residential and commercial customers
- Maintain a high level of professionalism of service to internal, domestic and international
customers
- Monitor quality issues, customers and products. Be able to communicate with all levels in the
organization to resolve problems.
- Perform technical presentations to engineers, technical personnel, and corporate non-technical
personnel
- Operational follow-through on lead generation programs (tracking, reporting and analysis)
- Ability to work independently with a strong commitment to customer service
- analyse the site in order to find out which particular solar energy apparatus is apt for what requirement
- They must also assess the client’s electrical usage to find out his needs
- They may have to give demonstrations and find out prospective clients, besides maintaining relations with the existing ones
- They have to give presentations of proposals and also submit reports of their sales figures
- They need to work in coordination with other departments and follow deadlines and targets
- They must comply with the environment and safety guidelines
Qualification
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering / Degree in business management with specialization in sales.
- Ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels of the organization
- At least 5 years of technical sales experience preferred
